The students registering in TEDU recently can enter the dorms the day before English Proficiency Exam (EPE). The students in their 2nd, 3rd and 4th years can enter the dorms the day before course registrations. The enter and exit dates of dormitories are identified by Dormitory Administration and announced in www.tedu.edu.tr/yurtlar . If the student demands to stay at dorm before the enterance date, the student makes payment to the dorm on the basis of the room that the student stay in for the dates that the student stays in due to the early enterance.
If the student does not register in the dorms at the beginning of the term, the payment is received for the whole month without considering in which month or which day of the month the student registers in the dorm. The payment for the rest of the months is calculated by dividing whole dorm payment by the number of the months in academic calendar and multiplied by the number of the months that the student will stay at the dorm. ( like : Dorm Payment / 9)

You can notify your demand for changing your room in written. Your demands for changing your room will be tried to be provided potentially.
All the documents required should be renewed every year and should be delivered to the dorms.
- Copy of the birth certificate ,
- Student certificate,
- Place of residence,
- Health report ,
- 4 photographs,
- Criminal record.
The last enterance and exit time is 24:00 on weekdays and Sunday while it is 01:00 on Friday and Saturday. Late enterance to the dorms is not accepted.
Pillow ( 1 ) and quilt (1) are provided by the dorm. The students are responsible for bringing all the other wares to the dorm.
It is not allowed to hang any kind of bonner, poster, announcement, picture etc any place at dorms without the permission of the Dormitory Administration.
The required warnings and punishments are performed about the students violating the rules as specified in Dormitory Contract and Appendix.
The students expelled from the dorms and acting improperly may not be accepted to the dorms again by the decision of the Dormitory Administration.
The payments are required for the students who want to stay at the dorms on summer holidays for any reason.
The students can store their wares in packages or suitcases in storeroom and suitcase room with the name label.
The visitors of our students can stay at dorms for a fee overnight According to the suitability of the dorms.
There is not any personnel to help you carry your wares during enterance ad exit. Each student is responsible for carrying their own wares.
The cleaning of rooms and common areas is performed regularly. However, each student is responsible for the order of their own wardrobe and wares.
It is strictly forbidden to have a visitor in rooms.
The students should leave their rooms completely empty at the end of the semester even if they will stay at the same room. The students can only leave their wares to the storeroom on the conditions that they renewed their Dormitory registration. Dormitory Administration is not responsible for the lost property and the properties left in the rooms.
It is not allowed to use any kind of electric appliance such as water heater, coffee machine, cooker, toaster etc. in the rooms except for the personal care products such as hair straightener, curling irons, hairdryer etc.
-The assets such as key, card, table lamp delivered to the students during the entrance to the dorms should be delivered to the dorm in full during the exit from the dorm. If they are not delivered in full, the cost will be received from the student.
-The assets in the rooms cannot be replaced to be used in common areas.
-The students should use their own cards in enterance and exit.
-Students should keep their rooms locked.
TV room for all students is available in the dorms
It is not required to empty your room, but you should not leave any personal wares in the rooms because of cleaning and disinfection.
It is not allowed to keep a pet in the rooms.
After the academic calendar is over, rooms are emptied and assets are delivered. Dormitory Administration check the room and wants the student to sign the exit form. The students should pay the cost for the undelivered asset.
The dorm card should be renewed for a fee because the card is automatically cancelled in 24 hours.
The student should get the new key for a fee from the administration. The rooms identified as open during cleaning will be locked by the personnel. The Dormitory Administration is not responsible for the lost property.
The laundry room including laundry machines operated with coins for a fee in the common area is available. The student getting the coin should clean their laundry with a net by following the instructions. The student is responsible for the damage to the machines.
The assets in the rooms cannot be replaced or used in common areas.
